Everything you wrote...let's just say that I totally get what you mean. (Not about running a half because I don't know I will ever nor ever could--though through Christ we can do ALL things!) I am sick and tired of feeling absolutely unmotivated and BLAH. On this jounrney of grief, which you know is very similar to your circumstances, I've chosen not to be medicated whatsoever. Some days I feel as though nothing will make things better. Then I start to emerge from the funk, then I fall back into that rut. Well, guess what? This morning, Evan and I and our dog Peaty just got back from a walk run! I think it was about 2 miles total!!! I am sweating and I feel great and hopeful about the day! I cannot thank you enough for being real and open and honest, and motivating me to get up and get moving! I wanted to ask you, when you did P90X, did you feel better? We own the videos and guides, but gee...that take a hunk out of my day. I'm just not sure with homeschooling and all of my other responsibilites that I could commit. Any thoughts?
